Two services.
Buy them how you like.
Restoration and full grading concierge — order either alone, or restoration flowing straight into grading as one path. Your choice, per card.
Five crafts, one bench.
Skilled, conservative work — performed with care, never rushed. One service (cleaning) is grade-safe conservation; the rest is display restoration for a card you'll keep. Not sure what a card needs? Submit it and inspection tells you exactly what will (and won't) help before you spend on work.
Will a grader still grade a restored card?
Usually not — and you deserve to know that before you spend a cent. Any physical work on a card is technically alteration, and PSA, TAG and Beckett each make that call themselves. PSA won't put a number on a card showing evidence of restoration or cleaning; others may return it ungraded or mark it "Altered."
Clean, then grade
Light cleaning lifts only foreign material — grime, fingerprints, residue — and leaves the card itself untouched, so it stays gradeable. Best when you want a number.
Restore for a keeper
Corners, creases, dents and surface work make a stunning card to own and display — disclosed on resale, and noted "Altered" if you later grade it. Best when the card is one you'll keep.
So we do three honest things: we flag elevated risk before we touch your card, we never recolour, and we never guarantee a grade. Chasing a number? Choose grade-first and we submit before any work — no risk to the grade.
Fakes stop here.
Counterfeits are the hobby's biggest problem right now — "super fakes" good enough to fool a glance, and even fake graded slabs. So every card that hits our bench gets an authenticity screen before anything else happens.
Print pattern, stock, foil layering, light test — checked and photo-logged at intake. If a card doesn't pass, we tell you straight: it never goes to restoration or a grader, and it comes back to you. We'd rather lose a job than pass a fake down the line.
✓ Screened at intake
Built into the $10 inspection on every card — nothing extra to buy.
✓ Flagged, never forwarded
A suspect card never continues to restoration or a grading submission.
✓ On the record
The screen is photo-logged with the rest of your card's intake record.
You never deal with the grader. We do.
We submit to PSA, TAG and Beckett (BGS) — every submission handled end-to-end on your behalf: prep, documentation, secure shipping, tracking the whole way. Pick your grader and speed per card; your card returns graded and comes home to you.
All submissions are routed through our established Australian submission channel, so every grader is handled the same, consistent way. You watch it move through your portal the entire time.

How a submission works
Pick grader & speed
PSA, TAG or Beckett — per card, at submission or straight after restoration.
We prep & document
Sleeved, photographed, batched and logged against your order.
We submit & track
Sent on your behalf, with the reference logged so your tracker stays live.
Graded & home
Back in-house, final QC, then tracked and insured to your door. If the grader re-tiered the card: just the fee difference + $20 admin.
Restore, then grade — one flow.
Want your card restored and slabbed for display? We bring it back, you approve the reveal, and it flows straight into submission without leaving our care — returning in an authenticated holder (noted "Altered", as restored cards are). Chasing a numeric grade to sell? Grade-first is the honest route. Restoration-only orders skip grading entirely.
