Trust, in detail

How we protect your card.

You're mailing something valuable — sometimes irreplaceable — to people you haven't met. That trust is the whole job. Here's exactly how we earn it, from the moment your card leaves your hands to the moment it's back in them.

Insured in our custody

While your card is in our direct care it's covered against loss or damage up to the declared value we confirm together at intake. With a courier or a grader, their cover applies — and we pass on anything we can recover for you.

Photo-logged at every handoff

Every physical handoff — arrival, bench, sleeving, dispatch — is photographed and timestamped. Your card's whole journey is on the record, not on trust alone.

Authenticity-screened

Counterfeits — including "super fakes" and fake slabs — are screened on every card inside the $10 inspection. If a card doesn't pass, it never goes to restoration or a grader, and it comes straight back to you.

A quote before any work

Nothing starts until you approve a firm quote on the value we confirm in hand. No work against a guessed number, and a second checkpoint if we ever find extra work mid-job.

Honest about grading

We never guarantee a grade, we never recolour, and we flag when restoration would be noted "Altered" before we touch a card. The straight answer →

Tracked & insured home

Your card returns tracked and insured — Australia Post or a courier — with the tracking number issued to you and shown live on your order.

Chain of custody

Every handoff, on the record.

Your portal shows where your card is at all times. Behind it, each physical handoff is logged with a timestamp and a photo — so "where's my card?" always has an answer.

Your responsibility, our transparency

Disclosure, plainly.

If you later sell a restored card, disclosing the restoration is your responsibility — standard hobby practice, and in our terms. We're upfront about it because it protects everyone, including the card's next owner. Grades and outcomes are never guaranteed.

Good to know

Your card is insured with us to its confirmed value, screened for authenticity, photo-logged at every step, and never worked on without your approval. Read the full FAQ →
